1. Refunds before work starts
Customers may request a refund if payment has been made and project work has not yet started. Where no work has begun, a refund may be approved subject to any administrative processing costs already incurred.
2. No refund after completed delivery
Because our services are digital and time-based, refunds are generally not available after the agreed work has been completed or delivered.
3. Partial refunds
A partial refund may be considered where a project has started but not been completed. Any partial refund depends on the amount of work already performed, time invested, and project progress at the time of the request.
4. Scope changes and cancellations
If a customer cancels a project after work has started, we reserve the right to deduct charges that reflect the work completed up to the cancellation date.
