2. Order requests and project confirmation

Submitting an order request through our website does not automatically create a binding contract. We review each request, confirm scope, timeline, pricing, and service suitability before work begins.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required project materials needed for service delivery. Delays in communication or missing content may affect timelines.

4. Payments

Payment instructions are provided after review of the submitted order request. Work may begin only after the required payment or deposit has been received and confirmed.

5. Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance and may vary depending on project complexity, customer responsiveness, and scope changes.

6. Revisions and scope changes

Reasonable revisions may be included based on the selected package or project agreement. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require extra time or additional charges.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment and unless otherwise agreed, final approved project deliverables intended for the customer are transferred for the customer’s use. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, frameworks, and non-confidential development methods.

8. Limitation of liability

DREEM SHINE LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
